WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be billed once you place your order. Your credit card statement will show Candle Cave on your billing statement. For the best possible service, include your daytime telephone number in case there are any issues concerning your order.

IS MY CREDIT CARD SAFE AND SECURE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
All your credit card transactions on this site are completely safe. We do not store your credit card information.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

I DON'T WANT TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD. CAN I PURCHASE YOUR CANDLES BY CHECK?
If you choose to pay by check or money order, you will need to fax, mail or call in your order.  Once your check clears our bank (about 10 business days) your order will be shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your candles will leave our factory located in Shreveport, Louisiana within 2 business days after you place your order. During market shows or peak times during the holidays it may take 4-5 business days to process and ship orders.  Based on where you are in the United States, shipping can take anywhere from one to eight business days.

I PLACED MY ORDER DURING THE WEEKEND. WHEN WILL YOU PROCESS MY ORDER?
We process orders that are placed on the weekends on the following Monday. If you place an order on a holiday, we process the order on the following business day.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR CANDLES?
All our candles are shipped via UPS or USPS.

WHERE CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TO?
We ONLY ship to the continental U.S.  We do not ship outside the U.S.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Sorry, we can not ship to P.O. Box Address (UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box).

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO)?
No. At the present time we are not able to ship to APO and FPO addresses.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED CANDLE?
Please contact us immediately at 318-686-8583 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday (CST) and we will assist you.
